Open Studios Calendars on sale

Santa Cruz County’s Open Studios is three weeks away. Calendars are on sale at dozens of local businesses.

What’s the deal with the calendar? The calendar has images of one work of art from every participating artist (this year there is nearly 300). It also contains contact information and maps, so if you are planning to visit several studios this is a great resource. Later this month the Santa Cruz Art League will be hosting a Preview Exhibit of the artists – this is also a great way to start the tour (more on this later).

Open Studios is the first three weekends in October– all studios will be open the first two weekends and the third weekend is an encore weekend. We will NOT be participating in the encore weekend.
